What is the process?

We follow a three-phase model:

  • Source: Submit your idea via our portal
  • Incubate: Collaborate with our team to refine and validate your solution
  • Operate: Scale and commercialize your solution with our support

 

What is the timeframe?
  • You’ll hear from our Intake Team within 5 business days of submission
  • A 30-minute intake call will be scheduled to discuss your idea
  • Incubation timelines vary based on complexity, but most projects move forward within 3–6 months

 

What types of ideas or assets are accepted?

We welcome data and digital ideas that address unmet needs in oncology, including:

  • AI/ML models and algorithms
  • Digital health tools and devices
  • Data-driven platforms
  • Clinical decision support
  • Clinical, Research, Operational, and Financial innovations

 

What stage should your idea be in?

We accept ideas at various stages, from early concepts to prototypes, the earlier the better. 

Do you need to have a company already formed?

You do not need to have a company formed — we’re here to help you build one, if needed.

What are the criteria used to assess ideas?

We evaluate submissions based on:

  • Relevance to unmet needs in the oncology market
  • Technology feasibility and readiness
  • Financial potential for commercialization

 

Who owns the IP after incubation?

IP ownership is determined collaboratively. Our goal is to protect and commercialize your innovation while ensuring fair and transparent agreements. Specific terms are discussed during the Incubation phase.

 

Do we fund projects, and if so, how much?

Yes, we provide funding based on project needs and stage. Funding ranges from early-stage seed support to growth-phase investment. Details are discussed during the intake and incubation phases.

 

What happens if the idea doesn't move forward?

If your idea isn’t selected for incubation, we’ll provide feedback and may offer
alternative pathways or future opportunities. You retain full ownership of your
submission.

 

Who is the point of contact?

Once you submit your idea, our Intake Team will be your first point of contact.
