AccelerOnc Studio is designed to translate your deep clinical, scientific, and technological expertise into impactful, scalable solutions for cancer patients worldwide. Our focus is on identifying unmet needs and commercializing intellectual property (IP). We follow a four-step process to bring your impactful solutions to patients worldwide:

Over the last year, we have validated this process through three incubations; one of which included working with Integrative Mathematical Oncology (IMO) and Health Data Services to build a use case for the Virtual Patient Cohort and Moffitt’s MCAP data to accelerate Adaptive Clinical Trials.

We follow a three-phase model:

- Source: Submit your idea via our portal
- Incubate: Collaborate with our team to refine and validate your solution
- Operate: Scale and commercialize your solution with our support
- Spin out: Your new independent company is ready for investors.
- You’ll hear from our Intake Team within 5 business days of submission
- A 30-minute intake call will be scheduled to discuss your idea
- Incubation timelines vary based on complexity, but most projects move forward within 3–6 months
We welcome data and digital ideas that address unmet needs in oncology, including:
- AI/ML models and algorithms
- Digital health tools and devices
- Data-driven platforms
- Clinical decision support
- Clinical, Research, Operational, and Financial innovations
We accept ideas at various stages, from early concepts to prototypes, the earlier the better.
You do not need to have a company formed — we’re here to help you build one, if needed.
We evaluate submissions based on:
- Relevance to unmet needs in the oncology market
- Technology feasibility and readiness
- Financial potential for commercialization
IP ownership is determined collaboratively. Our goal is to protect and commercialize your innovation while ensuring fair and transparent agreements. Specific terms are discussed during the Incubation phase.
Yes, we provide funding based on project needs and stage. Funding ranges from early-stage seed support to growth-phase investment. Details are discussed during the intake and incubation phases.
If your idea isn’t selected for incubation, we’ll provide feedback and may offer
alternative pathways or future opportunities. You retain full ownership of your
submission.
